About the Places I Shop... I/ Los lugares donde compro...

Before I showed you any of the clothes I have bought... (like I said once, almost 75% of my closet..) I wanted to mention one of the places I shop.
As a Mexican currently living in the City of Brotherly Love. Philadelphia has given me a couple of options. The first one is:   NEW LIFE THRIFT STORE. I went there to buy the first things for my house when i decided to get married. And kept going after Aunt Maria told me it was the best place in the area.


Antes de mostrarles la ropa que he comprado... (como dije en otro post, casi el 75% de mi closet) Quiero mencionarles uno de los lugares donde compro.
Como una mexicana viviendo en la Ciudad del amor y hermandad (Lost in translation...sorry) Filadelfia me ha dado algunas opciones. La primera es NEW LIFE THRIFT STORE. Ahi fui a comprar las primeras cosas para mi casa cuando decidí casarme. Y seguí llendo después de que la Tia Maria me dijo que era el mejor lugar en el área.

They have plenty of stuff, every size, every color, and every taste. Some things are pricey, but in general are ok. You get jeans, shirts, shoes or sweaters and skirts for 4 dlls.. And depending on the quality of the item or the "day promotions" you can walk away with pretty good stuff.  Here are some things I've gotten there, so far.






Tienen muchas cosas, de todas las tallas, colores y gustos. Algunas cosas son caras, pero en general está bien. Puedes comprar jeans, camisas, zapatos o sweaters y faldas por 4 dlls, y dependiendo de la calidad de la prenda, o la "promoción del dia" puedes salir de ahi con cosas muy buenas. Aqui muestro algunas de las prendas que he comprado ahi, hasta ahora.

This two dresses... Vestidos

And this jeans, cardigan and shoes... Pantalones, cardigan y zapatos.

And, to be honest, a lot more stuff around my house... Like frames, books, dishes, table covers, pots and glassware. 
I guess they also deserve to make a post about it.

Y para ser honesta, muchas, muchas otras cosas en mi casa... Como portarretratos, libros, platos, manteles, macetas y vasos. 
Yo creo que si se merecen que escriba sobre ellos..
